It can be used by entrepreneurs as well as by persons authorized by them (such as accountants), and the use of the software is free for all in the first year.

Notice regarding MTA's new data-based TSD reporting procedure
As of 05.10.2026, the Tax and Customs Board (MTA) has transitioned to a new data-based TSD reporting concept. The current TSD Annex 1 and Annex 2 are being replaced by a consolidated "Payments" block, resulting in changes to the data format and validation rules.
What does this change mean for e-Financials users?
- Starting from the October 2026 TSD reporting period, it will no longer be possible to submit TSD data directly from e-Financials to MTA. Therefore, we will remove the "Submit to Tax and Customs Board" button.
- No later than 03.11.2026, a new option will be added to download approved TSD data in XBRL GL format as a payments file, which can be imported into a declaration prepared in the MTA environment.
- For certain payment types, additional data fields (e.g. country code) must be completed during payroll processing if required by MTA's new data model.
- Preparation of the TSD declaration, data import, validation, approval, and submission will take place in the MTA environment. If necessary, please review the MTA guidelines.
- The current functionality will remain available for declarations up to and including September 2026.
Cooperation with MTA continues in order to restore the limited functionalities described above and to enable automated data transfer from e-Financials to MTA systems once again.
